How eButcher works

Customise your new online shop (and App, if you want one) to look just like your physical shop with your logo and your colours. You can add any photos of meat you have too or just use the ones that we have pre-loaded for you.
As your new online shop comes pre-loaded with Australia’s favourite cuts of meat, you just select each product you want to offer and add in your prices. (You can even add in your own specialty products at any time too.) Then just enter your delivery costs and areas and you're good to go.
You now have a 2nd shop that’s always open to your customers with no new salaries or rent to pay. Customers can shop while your main store is closed so you'll have orders waiting for you every morning. Even on Mondays. Plus because eButcher uses the latest tech, you're protected from scammers & payment fraud. So you can rest easy and start making money even while you're asleep!

Common questions

Yes you can. You are in complete control of your sales. Just choose the parameters of what you are selling, and charge customers for exactly what they receive without the need for rounding errors. It’s one of eButcher’s best features and because we’re butchers too, we made sure the whole system would work like you do in your shop.
Yes. eButcher takes the money up front from the customer. It then gives you the flexibility to prepare an order, enter the weights and charge the customers after the order has been completed. Any discrepancies in cost will automatically be refunded to the customer - like giving them their change in store.
When a customer orders, an additional 10% will be added to the value of their order to cater for any variance in weight. Once they confirm their order, payment will be taken immediately. When you complete their order, if the total is under the payment amount taken, ebutcher will automatically refund the difference. You only charge for the exact amount of meat you give them.
You have the choice of doing deliveries, pick-ups only, or both. It’s just another example of the flexibility of eButcher.
If you sign up to the website store plus the App, then ‘yes’ you can send promotional offers directly to your customers’ mobile phones via your App. (These are known as “push notifications”.)
