    Our whole mission is about helping local businesses, like yours, succeed. That’s why we’ve made your webstore free! You don’t pay a cent to us until you start making money from it. And even then, it’ll only cost you a 9% (+gst) commission. This then covers everything that keeps your new digital store and eButcher running. And whenever you’re ready to upgrade and add the phone App to your arsenal, there’s a 1-time cost of just $1,990+gst. (That’s because there’s an awful lot of programming and admin time needed to produce your App.)
    Absolutely not. Your eButcher store is free to set up and it can be removed at any time without any penalties, fees or charges. After all, we want you to win against the big guys.
    Yes you can. You are in complete control of your sales. Just choose the parameters of what you are selling, and charge customers for exactly what they receive without the need for rounding errors. It’s one of eButcher’s best features and because we’re butchers too, we made sure the whole system would work like you do in your shop.
    Yes. Of course you can. We want you to make it your own. Simply upload your own logo, colour scheme, products, category images and – Bingo! Your App now looks and feels like your physical shop.
    YES – the choice is entirely yours. Whether you only want a website store or both a website store plus your own App too, is entirely up to you. In our opinion, a website store is a great way to get started and will do a great job for you and your business. While the addition of a phone App as well is the best way to showcase your business and take it to a whole new level. Imagine being in your customers’ pockets, taking prime real-estate on their phones & giving them the best experience to place orders at their own convenience; 24/7, wherever they are.
    If you sign up to the website store plus the App, then ‘yes’ you can send promotional offers directly to your customers’ mobile phones via your App. (These are known as “push notifications”.)
    Yes. eButcher takes the money up front from the customer. It then gives you the flexibility to prepare an order, enter the weights and charge the customers after the order has been completed. Any discrepancies in cost will automatically be refunded to the customer - like giving them their change in store.
    Yes. 100%. No changes are needed for your current POS because eButcher is an online ordering system, not a retail point of sales system.
    You can upgrade to the App whenever you want. Just let us know.
    No worries. eButcher comes with a pre-loaded butcher shop with all your regular products. So we’ve got you covered. All you need to do is pick the products you want to sell, set your pricing & mark them as ‘in stock’. You can also add your own products whenever you want to.
    Once you set up your details, we can have your on-line shop open & ready to take orders within just 24 hours.
    No problem. We can set you up with all the tech you need. Laptops, printers & label printers are all available to purchase at great rates.
    You have the choice of doing deliveries, pick-ups only, or both. It’s just another example of the flexibility of eButcher.
    When a customer orders, an additional 10% will be added to the value of their order to cater for any variance in weight. Once they confirm their order, payment will be taken immediately. When you complete their order, if the total is under the payment amount taken, ebutcher will automatically refund the difference. You only charge for the exact amount of meat you give them.

    eButcher will automatically create a unique web-address for your store which will follow this format:  shop.yourbusiness.com.au. For example, if your business is called “Noble Butchers” your new online shop name would be:  shop.NobleButchers.com.au
